Bachelor of Science in Public Administration

For students attending classes at Cochise College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. A maximum of 72 units of community college credit may be applied toward a Business and Public Administration college degree program. Refer to The University of Arizona 1995-97 General Catalog or contact the Undergraduate Programs Office in the College of Business and Public Administration (621-2505) for additional information.

Advanced Standing is required for entry to all 300- or 400-level courses in the College of Business and Public Administration. Refer to the College of Business and Public Administration in The University of Arizona 1995-97 General Catalog for more information about the College and curriculum.

GENERAL EDUCATION STUDY AREAS
The following freshman and sophomore level course options offered at Cochise College satisfy requirements in the areas indicated at The University of Arizona. Since 51 units of credit for the Bachelor of Science in Public Administration degree must be junior-/senior-level, not all general education courses should be or can be completed at the community college. Some general education courses must be selected from The University of Arizona junior-/senior-level course options in order to earn sufficient upper-division units to meet graduation requirements. The complete set of options includes junior-/senior-level courses and is available through the Undergraduate Programs Office at The University of Arizona.
