For students attending classes at Cochise College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. A maximum of 72 units of community college credit may be applied to a bachelors degree program at The University of Arizona. Photography, graphic design and illustration majors require portfolio review and acceptance by the Portfolio Committee at The University of Arizona. Contact an art faculty advisor at Cochise College for assistance in portfolio preparation and presentation.
MAJOR REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 18 units of art courses must be completed in residence at The University of Arizona for the major in Studio Art.
