Bachelor of Science with a major in Astronomy
For students attending classes at Eastern Arizona College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. A maximum of 72 units of community college credit may be applied to a bachelors degree program at The University of Arizona. MAJOR REQUIREMENTS
Thirty units of astronomy course work, of which 20 units must be upper-division, are required for this major. ASTR 300a-300b and 400a-400b are required courses not available at Eastern Arizona College that must be completed after transfer to the UA.
