1998-99 UA Central Arizona College transfer guide

Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a major in Physiological Sciences

For students attending classes at Central Arizona College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. This major is intended for students wishing to pursue graduate study in the physiological sciences; or those planning to seek admission to professional schools in medicine, physical therapy, or other health related professions. Prior to applying for formal admission to this major, interested students should register in the School of Health Professions with a major in Pre-Physiological Sciences. Refer to The UA General Catalog or contact the Undergraduate Physiological Sciences Program (621-4850) for additional information. Transfer students are admitted first to the pre-major and then must apply for admission to the major.  Admission to the pre-major does not guarantee admission to the major. A maximum of 64 credits of community college course work may be applied to a bachelor’s degree program at The University of Arizona. If you will not be completing this transfer guide, see the "Acceptance of Transfer Course Work to meet UA General Education Requirements."
