Bachelor
of Fine Arts with a major in Theatre Production For students attending classes at Coconino Community College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. A maximum of 64 credits of community college course work may be applied to a bachelor’s degree program at The University of Arizona. Refer to The UA Desert Lynx On-line Catalog or contact the College of Fine Arts (621-1301) for additional information. SECOND LANGUAGE -- This requirement may be met by demonstrating proficiency in a single second language at the second semester level. Refer to Examination Policies in The UA Desert Lynx On-line Catalog for additional information on ways in which proficiency may be demonstrated. Course work available at Coconino Community College includes the following:
MAJOR REQUIREMENTS -- Admission into advanced theatre arts courses at The University of Arizona is by interview and audition or portfolio review upon completion of all required lower division theatre arts courses. Equivalent courses are not available at Coconino Community College for the major in Theatre Production. Students should complete requirements in the Arizona General Education Curriculum (AGEC-A) to best prepare for transfer and progress toward this degree. THEATRE ARTS DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS -- The following courses may be completed at Coconino Community College and applied to fulfillment of this requirement.
