Bachelor
of Fine Arts with a major in Theatre Production For students attending classes at Eastern Arizona College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. A maximum of 64 credits of community college course work may be applied to a bachelor’s degree program at The University of Arizona. Refer to The UA Desert Lynx On-line Catalog or contact the College of Fine Arts (621-1301) for additional information. SECOND LANGUAGE -- This requirement may be met by demonstrating proficiency in a single second language at the second semester level. Refer to Examination Policies in The UA Desert Lynx On-line Catalog for additional information on ways in which proficiency may be demonstrated. Course work available at Eastern Arizona College includes the following:
MAJOR REQUIREMENTS -- Admission into advanced theatre arts courses at The University of Arizona is by interview and audition or portfolio review upon completion of all required lower division theatre arts courses. Theatre Arts--27 credits
* These courses are not required of students majoring in Theatre Production with a design/technical option. THEATRE ARTS DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS -- The following courses may be completed at Eastern Arizona College for application to this requirement. Dance/Exercise Group (Acting/Directing Option only) -- Select four credits from the following:
