Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences For students attending classes at Northland Pioneer College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. A maximum of 64 credits of community college course work may be applied to a bachelor’s degree program at The University of Arizona. Refer to The UA Desert Lynx On-line Catalog or contact the Office of Academic Services (621-3336) for additional information. SECOND LANGUAGE -- This requirement may be met by demonstrating proficiency in a single second language at the second semester level. MAJOR REQUIREMENTS -- Eight credits of laboratory science courses are required in addition to the biology courses listed below. Refer to the physical and biological sciences area in the AGEC-S for a list of options.
