College of Agriculture

For students attending classes at Pima Community College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. The College of Agriculture offers the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture majors in Agricultural and Resource Economics, Agricultural Education, Agricultural Technology Management, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Animal Science Bbusiness and Race Track Management, Production and Science), Nutritional Sciences, Plant Sciences, Soil and Water Science, Veterinary Science and the Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. Refer to The UA Desert Lynx On-line Catalog or contact the Academic Programs Office in the College of Agriculture (621-3611) for additional information. A maximum of 64 credits of community college course work may be applied to a bachelor’s degree program at The University of Arizona. Consult your advisor regarding course selection. This course offers UA campus visits; meetings with UA staff members who represent the Offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, The Center for Transfer Students and other University resources; and consultation for evaluating transfer timing. This course transfers to the UA as elective credit. See a P.C.C. counselor/advisor about enrolling in HDE 105.
