For students attending classes at Coconino Community College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. A maximum of 64 credits of community college course work may be applied to a bachelors degree program at The University of Arizona. Refer to The UA General Catalog or contact the Office of Academic Services (621-3336) for additional information. SECOND LANGUAGE -- This requirement may be met by demonstrating proficiency in a single second language at the fourth semester level. Calculus is a prerequisite to upper-division core economics courses. Economics students are encouraged to take additional mathematics courses.
