For students attending classes at Pima Community College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. Refer to The UA General Catalog or contact the Undergraduate Programs Office in The Eller College of Business and Public Administration (621-2505) for additional information. A maximum of 64 credits of community college course work may be applied toward a Business and Public Administration college degree program at The University of Arizona. Consult your advisor regarding course selection. If you will not be completing this transfer guide, see the "Acceptance of Transfer Course Work to meet UA General Education Requirements." Advanced Standing is required for entry to all 300- or 400-level courses in The Eller College of Business and Public Administration. Refer to The Eller College of Business and Public Administration in The UA General Catalog for more information about the College and curriculum.
SECOND LANGUAGE -- This requirement may be met by demonstrating proficiency in a single second language at the second semester level. Refer to Examination Policies in The UA General Catalog for additional information on ways in which proficiency may be demonstrated. This course offers UA campus visits; meetings with UA staff members who represent the Offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, The Center for Transfer Students and other University resources; and consultation for evaluating transfer timing.
