Bachelor of Science with a major in Family Studies and Human Development |

For students attending classes at Yavapai College and
preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is
recommended. The School of Family and Consumer Sciences offers undergraduate majors in
Family Studies and Human Development, Family and Consumer Sciences Education with secondary education and family
life education tracks, and Retailing and Consumer Sciences. A maximum of 64 credits
of community college course work may be applied to a bachelors degree program at The
University of Arizona. Refer to The UA

SECOND LANGUAGE -- This requirement may be met by demonstrating proficiency in a single second language at the second semester level.
