Bachelor of Science with a major in Computer Science
For students attending classes at Central Arizona College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work is recommended. A maximum of 64 credits of community college course work may be applied to a bachelor’s degree program at The University of Arizona. Refer to The UA General Catalog or contact the Office of Academic Services (621-3336) for additional information. PRE- MAJOR REQUIREMENTS -- Admission to the computer science major is selective and competitive. CSC 127B is a pre-major requirement not available at Central Arizona College and must be completed at The University of Arizona prior to applying for admission to the major. Contact the Department of Computer Science at (621-8449) for information about admission to the major.
