For students attending classes at Coconino Community
College and preparing to transfer to The University of Arizona, the following course work
is recommended. A maximum of 64 credits of community college course work may be
applied to a bachelors degree program at The University of Arizona. Refer
to The UA General Catalog or contact the College of Fine Arts (621-1301) for additional
information. If you will not be completing this transfer guide, see the "Acceptance of Transfer Course
Work to meet UA General Education Requirements."
SECOND LANGUAGE -- This requirement may be met by demonstrating proficiency in a single second language at the fourth semester level. Refer to Examination Policies in The UA General Catalog for additional information on ways in which proficiency may be demonstrated. Note: If students select French or Sign Language, the intermediate level of study may be completed upon transfer to The University of Arizona. MAJOR REQUIREMENTS -- A minimum of 18 credits of theatre arts courses for this major must be completed in residence at The University of Arizona. No more than 48 credits of theatre arts course work may be applied to this degree. Equivalent courses are not available at Coconino Community College for the major in Theatre Arts. Students should complete requirements in the Arizona General Education Curriculum (AGEC-A) to best prepare for transfer and progress toward this degree.
